Narrow connection (NC) Implant/abutment platform diameter abutments can be categorized in to four groups, anatomic, gold (UCLA), ceramic and "cementable". Anatomic, gold and ceramic abutments are intended to be selected and modified extra orally on a master model after a fixture level impression (direct, indirect).
Anatomic titanium abutments (Fig.8) are machined as a straight and a angled (15°) version. Each abutment is available in two collar heights (2mm, 3.5mm) and the angulation of the angled abutment is machined in relation to the vertex of the indexing quadrigon (square).
